My stay at the hotel was simply wonderful, and I must thank you for an exceptional experience. The spacious and well-equipped rooms made the stay comfortable and luxurious. The impeccable cleanliness, with the rooms being cleaned twice a day, demonstrates your impressive attention to detail. The hotel itself is very large, yet it manages to maintain an intimate and pleasant atmosphere. The public areas are well-maintained, and it’s easy to navigate the hotel despite its impressive size. The gym is one of the most well-equipped I’ve ever seen. Beyond the advanced and high-quality equipment, you’ve thought of all the small details – from headphones for those who forgot theirs to cold moist towels and healthy snacks that add a real touch of indulgence. The hotel’s bar also offers live music, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere, perfect for relaxing in the evenings.

Hotel is amazing! Staff was great and hard working. Very accessible accommodating. The restaurant and bar are a mess!!!! Can’t get a table and they are so busy you wait or walk out. We walked out after a half hour without attention. If you want to have a cocktail mid day or after 2:30 forget about it. Bar opens at 6pm so you’re on your own. Or sit and wait in your room for room service. 6pm even on Friday and Saturday I would add. Food service was disappointing but food was good when you got it. They need to at least have a secondary place with space for food / snacks and drinks.

Breakfast was awesome! We got a super warm welcome and were seated at a beautiful table with a great view of the kitchen. The coffee was fantastic, and our server, David, made us feel so at home. We ordered the Nürnberg sausages, and he told us why they’re so small—it was super fun chatting with him, and the service was just lovely. Can’t wait to come back next time we’re in Munich!

Rooms were great, location was great, indoor pool and gym were great, and staff were generally nice. However, had issues with AC, issues with deliveries, and major issues with the automatic shutters outside the windows. Unfortunately, these were bad enough to really inconvenience me so I won’t be back. Especially as hotel said they’d “look into it” but nothing ever came of any complaints.
