feel like a warm welcome.. but not pretty much if compared to other countries at first staff asking us for some drink, yes it should be so then we bought some SLG. Tag Price is equal Japan even thought got tax refund. so amazing but we got a Gold bag back

Went here yesterday to get a replacement for my worn wallet. Queued for awhile and the security officer was nice and polite given that I was dressed rather casually. Sales advisor Kay also accomodated me patiently and nicely ans brought out same sized wallets for me to compare. When I asked for her opinion on size comparison of another brand, she said it is completely okay if I want to take a picture and head to that store to compare before deciding and come look for her if I decided to get any of the wallets. I like the way I was treated even though I ended up not purchasing anything yet there. It was my first visit to a designer store so was abit nerve wrecking, but ended up was pleasant visit.

Had worst customer service and bad experience with YSL. here . Staff Very unfriendly and unprofessional. Had to ask even the receipt. Won't come back again and will tell all my friends not going here!

We went to a few luxury stores and we got the best service here. Staff even offered champagne and macarons. When I asked to see a bag, they brought out 5 others for me to compare against without any complaints. 5 star service!
