Suitsupply München

I recently bought a tuxedo set from Suitsupply, which included cufflinks. The service was great at first. Staff were helpful when I tried everything on. However, after I paid and they packed everything up. I went home to find that the cufflinks were missing from the bag. When I went back to the store to explain, the staff member insisted that it was “impossible” and offered no way to verify or make it right. I was told the only option was to buy a new pair and that I must have lost them myself. It’s disappointing that after spending a significant amount on a full tuxedo set, the store showed no accountability or willingness to help. I expected better customer service and integrity from a brand like Suitsupply.

I've always wanted to buy from Suitsupply in person, not online. During my business trip to Munich, I finally had the chance and it was an amazing experience! Sanda helped me with the purchase, and the whole team was super welcoming, especially the kind Italian gentleman at the entrance. Thank you for the great service I'll definitely be coming back!

I've purchased at least 4 shirts and 2 pants here, but I'm not coming back. They make you book an appointment online, but when you arrive they tell you that they are in a hurry or are stressed. Later when you come pick up the clothes you purchased, they dispatch you quickly and don't make needed adjustments. Not an awesome experience.

My appointment with Iryna was fantastic! Not only did she provide excellent guidance on which items would suit me best, but she also recommended the perfect alterations to make them truly fit. On top of that, the whole experience was genuinely fun! I can absolutely recommend Iryna and the entire team at Suitsupply Munich and I am already looking forward to my next appointment!
