Great varieties of perfumes. The reception there is very very wonderful. One guy there called Fardi was a great person, good communicator and friendly. I will surely recommend to anyone who wants an excellent range of perfumes. 👌

Never experienced worser customer treatment as yesterday at Tom Ford in Oberpolinger. The seller ignored me first, when i wanted to try perfume she shouted: it s not self service. When i said, ok can i smell this and that perfume she said it was already 8 pm and they are closing and she is still so busy…. Honestly, how do you treat you customers???

Really not helpfull, as my wife needed support with her sunglasses , they denied any support under the account to be a „franchise store only „ not giving any contact where to get support what so ever , not the experience you expect From a luxury brand.
