Vinaiolo München

Funniest waiters I have met in Munich, we laugh a lot with both of them. Prices are excessive but the place deserves the best comments. High quality food (incl. olive oil) with a perfect equilibrium of ingredients and herbs which sublime each dishes we took. Pictures are explanatory on how beautiful the service has been done.

We visited the restaurant expecting a fine dining experience, but the food was disappointing. The flavors were bland and nothing stood out. At a place like this, you expect unique and bold tastes, but we didn’t find that. For dessert, we had a brownie, but it didn’t even taste like chocolate. The food really needs improvement. The atmosphere and decor were lovely, and the staff were attentive, but the waiting time between dishes was far too long. Even though we only had four courses, the meal lasted over three hours. We paid €110 per person with wine, so we expected a much better experience overall.

The restaurant is beautifully furnished and gives off a nice vibe. Definitely felt authentically Italian. Unfortunately the service was really really slow when were there. It was a fully packed restaurant but it took nearly 20 mins to even get the menu. And after we asked for the bill, the waiter went to polish glasses for 10 mins. The food was good & looked nice, but definitely not justifying the price. There are very few options for vegetarians, but even my meat eating friend wasn’t impressed. Overall, was ok but wouldn’t come back.

Vinaiolo was wonderful. We had the standard four-course menu for dinner and the quality of the produce and the skill in preparing the dishes is very good. It is sadly not an Italian for every day due to the price but definitely for a special occasion. The decoration, the wine list and the ambiance all call for a memorable experience. Grazie Giuseppe!

One of the best fine dining restaurants in Munich. Located in a peaceful and posh neighborhood, Vinaiolo is the right choice for fine dining and wine tasting experience. Tasteful dishes made from high quality ingredients and great Italian hospitality! You can choose either all a carte or daily four dishes menu. Service is absolutely professional! Reservation is highly recommended especially during weekends and Holliday periods. Great variety of wines and spirits for fine drinking lovers. Love it!
