In today's world of online shopping and many disappoints, Aurum by Guabjorg Jewellery is a superb company that stands out above and beyond my expectations. I ordered the Swan Ring, I wasn't sure about the size, I'm in the U.S. so I needed it converted. I emailed Aurum's customer service and got a response immediately. The size was perfect. My recommendation for Aurum is beyond five stars. I say this for the product but also for the stellar customer service I received. DHL had an issue with the international delivery so I wrote to Aurum and they corresponded with me constantly during and after my ring was delivered. Their staff is extremely professional and kind, they really know what they're doing too. 100 stars, no joke! Oh, I almost forgot to mention the beauty of my Swan Ring. It's wide but delicate and has a beautiful unique carved style that looks like swan feathers, I love it. The packaging is as unique as the ring. It's a protective egg shape made of recycled materials and tied with a mesh ribbon, also beautiful. As I said previously, I would never hesitate ordering (or visiting the next time I'm in Reykjavik) this store, online or in person.

This is my second purchase from Aurum by Guðbjörg. The craftsmanship makes each piece a tiny work of art that I can style as I wish. The quality of the designs are both edgy and wearable. They're one of my favorite jewelry brands.

Aurum is has high quality beautiful crafted jewellery that is an amazing momento from a trip to Iceland. I loved their Flacon necklace so much that I bought the matching bracelet as a gift and had it shipped to Australia. The team were excellent in communication with their communication around delivery times and it came with the most beautiful packaging. Cannot recommend them enough if you want a trying unique piece of jewellery with a beautiful story behind every collection.

Every aspect of Aurum has been exemplary, from the moment we walked in to receiving the items we wanted!! I wish I could go higher than 5. Our first visit to the store in Reykjavik was fantastic. Not only is their work extraordinary and beautiful. The people are extremely friendly and willing to help (even when we didn’t purchase anything). Upon our return to the states, we have made two sets of purchases. The second set was a surprise 30th wedding anniversary ring I wanted to give to my wife. To compound the issue, I wanted to present her with the ring while on Christmas vacation in Europe. Vlada patiently worked with me to find out how to ship it to the hotel(s) in Europe. As it turned out, the hotels were not helpful, but Aurum (and Vlada) were more than helpful. I did finally have it sent to my house as on “early” present. Regardless of how the surprise worked out, Aurum (and Vlada!) were so very helpful throughout the process…especially helping me to get the items sent to the US. NOTE: If you are ordering something from the US, then DHL will contact you once they take possession of the item. They will make arrangements with you for any Import Tax/Tariffs that are due on your order (which were paid online well before delivery). I was not sure how that worked under the current system. Outstanding design, quality/price and customer service. We were a bit nervous to choose and order remotely our engagement & wedding rings but we are impressed with the great attention and care received from the team and very satisfied with the matching rings set. If one day we have the chance to visit your shop in Iceland, we’ll be happy to do so!
