I absolutely love this sculpture. I had to come home to research it, but even without knowing it represents a bureaucrat, its hilarious.

Cool statue. And you can watch and feed the ducks and swans in the pond.
Having remained a public bureaucrat all my life, I was the one person who could appreciate the thought behind this monument in the most profound manner. The idea of having a huge stone over his shoulders representing the burden of the state and responsibility to the people is beautiful. All over the world we have got monuments to the unknown soldier but this is unique
Something about this simple sculpture really gets to me. The area around the sculpture is also full of fun things to see and I highly recommend it for tourists. Parking can be found on streets right nearby, but you may need to make a pass or two.
Beautiful area to visit on a sunny day. The colorful buildings and the water make for a beautiful photo. You can feed the birds as well!
