Could be an excellent hotel - yet has some significant problems. I’m very grateful I only booked one night here - and at that, it was a rough night with poor sleep. 1) The room had multiple bright electronic lights blinking through the night, including a fire alarm mounted directly over the bed. Do you like stobe lights when sleeping? Do you like flashing sirens? That was the vibe. Or the light control panel (see photo) which was brightly glowing. 2) Lovely design, but with all hard wood floors and no carpet. Expect to hear - EVERYTHING - your neighbor does (in my case, starting at 6am). I did mention the lights when checking out. The hotel receptionist was aware of the problem. While she did say that I could have called them - so they could cover up the lights … really?! That’s the solution? At 23:00 when I’m dressed for bed - to call reception and have someone come into the room with a ladder to cover up blinking lights? Ridiculous.
I am a picky person when it comes to hotels. I was a bit worried because the reviews were not that great, but it turned out to be one of the most beautiful & unique property to experience. The space is full of natural lights, clean, huge bathroom etc. Concierge is very helpful, you can ask for assistance via whatsapp and they will help you with anything instantly. Loved the lounge area where i can work, simple breakfast was included for a good start of the day. Would definitely recommend.
The hotel lives up to its 5-star rating, a beautiful, spacious room, with excellent amenities and service. While not in the city center, it was close enough to access within a 15-20 min walk. We were only in Milan for two nights and one full day and chose not to avail ourselves of the bar or breakfast, but the front desk sent us to a close by bistro for late dinner the night we arrived which was clearly a local favorite and to a wonderful pastry shop for our breakfast.
The hotel is brand new and scenic but I found structural and service defects that prevent me from evaluating my positive experience given the stars and the cost of the structure A huge hotel with a 3x5 meter reception area, which was also the only access to the elevator area of the restaurant on the lower floor. In two full days of my stay, on the first, the room floor wasn't mopped, only the bathroom, and on the second, the kitchen area wasn't stocked with coffee pods and sugar. I requested two high chairs for the room, which I discovered were the only ones in the hotel. So, I opted to eat in my room for breakfast and dinner because I would have had to wait for the transfer times for each meal (which were too long). I was assigned a room with the entrance door 80 cm from a stair railing (room 34). Since I was staying with two children under one year old, it was obvious that I would have to bring a double stroller. Having booked a week in advance, my stay could have been better organized.
Nice hotel with excellent customer service. Vlad and Marta were especially outstanding—friendly, professional, and always helpful. They made our stay comfortable. Highly recommended!
