The Unique Hotel

Very nice hotel. Centrally located within minutes of the Duomo and the Galleria. Very nice rooms. Very friendly and professional staff! The staff were extremely helpful. The only negative is the hotel is located on a busy street, we had to have the windows open most of the time cause our room was very warm and the AC was disabled so we had to have the windows open and we could hear all the street noise for most of the night. Ear plugs and eye shades are provided by the hotel. But besides this minor detail, I would still recommend this hotel to anyone!

The Unique Hotel has almost everything a traveler can ask for: a perfect location near many attractions, and great restaurants and shops; clean and comfortable rooms; and wonderful customer service. All of the staff were super welcoming and helpful. They also include a delicious breakfast (both continental with hot offerings included on a menu) in their restaurant in the lower level. The only thing I would have wanted is a self-service laundry on-site or nearby to wash some clothes at the end of my long voyage but you will be more than pleased if you stay in this hotel. I know I was!

Alessandra is a horrible manager and the entire staff are Not honest! Bathtub jacuzzi broken and they state “bathtubs banned due to municipal laws” - I called out this receptionist to ensure she stops lying to tourists - not happy falsely advertised! We expect honesty, not lies! Entrance stinks of cheap perfume fumigated throughout entire lobby it’s terrible. Canceling next two nights later this week as this was an easy decision :) Alessandra hid the entire trip and kept being filtered from her staff who have no awareness stating she was not available- no management on site for more than 48 hours!

Perfect, just perfect!! Great warm welcome by the lovely Angie and the other staff. Parking right in front of the hotel for just 25euro’s and that unique in Milano. They included a great breakfast. This was the perfect ending of our vacation. Thank you so much team of The Unique in Milano. A special thanks to Rose and Luca, very nice and friendly staff at the breakfast!!

While we stayed only one night I wish it was more. The staff were fabulous. The front desk helped us find everything we needed including the breakfast staff. Location is perfect as all the main attractions are within walking distance. There is a supermarket around the corner and lovely restaurants everywhere. A must stay.
