I recently tried these cookies, and they’re honestly the best I’ve ever had. Even the packaging stood out, it felt so luxurious and made the whole experience feel special before I even took a bite 🙂. The texture of the cookies is incredible, they are soft, chewy, and just perfect. The flavors are really creative, too. My two favorites were the Pistachio White Chocolate Raspberry and the Oatmeal Raisin Pecan. The pistachio one is packed with flavor and feels like a little culinary adventure, while the oatmeal cookie takes a classic flavor and makes it so much better with the addition of pecans. I’ll definitely be back for more and will be recommending this place to everyone I know ☺️.
Not your usual overhyped cookie! The pistachio white chocolate raspberry is not too sweet with the right amount of chocolate, pistachios and raspberries. The miso salted caramel is extraordinary, unique flavor. Both cookies are crunchy, yet soft. At 7.50 a cookie not cheap but I dare say we will be back for cookies. 🍪
The quality of the coffee and the cookies are standard for the overpriced. 4.5chf for one espresso. The pistachio-white chocolate cookie is good but maybe too sweet and buttery.
I am a huge fan of American style chocolate chip cookies, so I had to try the new Bear St. Bakery. We had two cookies for take away - chocolate chip and triple chocolate. Each cookie is 7.50 CHF and quite big so the price is justified imp. Both cookies were soft on the inside and still kind of warm and fresh with a crunchy outside. The reason I can only give 4 stars is that I think they are too sweet and too soft for my taste. They basically fall apart of your eat them on the street. I also feel they are too big and more suited to share with someone over a cup of black coffee to even out the sugar. But definitely go try for yourself :)
The cookie was not fresh (kinda cold like it was here for some times) and did not taste like raspberry and white chocolate; it only tasted like dough. The coffee was unremarkable, but they did not charge for the oat milk, which was nice. However, this was definitely not worth the price.
